Is the pizza made fresh or frozen?
Quality is our priority. We craft our dough and sauces in-house using our own signature recipes. Our dough is made fresh and par-baked on-site before service to achieve the perfect Detroit-style crunch. We never use mass-produced or store-bought frozen bases.
Do you offer menus in English?
Yes! Every table is equipped with a digital tablet menu available in both English and Korean. Our friendly staff is always happy to help with recommendations or answer any questions.
How do I get there by subway or bus?
The subway is the fastest way to find us. We are just a 2-minute walk from Euljiro 3-ga Station (Lines 2 & 3). Use Exit 9, 10, or 11. Multiple blue buses (100, 105, 152, 202, 261) stop at the Euljiro 3-ga bus stop, just a 1-minute walk from our door.
How do I find the entrance?
Look for the large "THE RANCH BREWING" sign and our modern, wood-paneled storefront. We are located right at street level in the heart of the "Hip-jiro" alleyways.
Do I need a reservation?
Walk-ins are always welcome! For groups of four or more, we recommend booking in advance via phone or Naver Reservation to ensure we have the perfect spot ready for you.
Can I customize my pizza?
While we don't offer full "build-your-own" pizzas, we are happy to accommodate simple requests. For example, vegetarian guests can ask to have the pepperoni removed from our Detroit-style Pepperoni Pie when ordering on the tablet.
Is it okay to come alone?
